Frequently asked questions
Still unsure? Email contact@janazahs.com and we will reply.
How does the software work?
It brings the whole funeral into one place: the deceased's details, forms and documents, community announcements, and sharing information with the family. It takes care of the repetitive admin so you can spend your time with families.
Does it follow Islamic funeral practice?
Yes. It was designed around Islamic funeral practice. We consulted religious authorities so the steps, terms and workflow respect traditional janazah requirements and customs.
How secure is the data?
Information is encrypted using industry-standard methods, stored in line with UK data protection law, and only people you give access to can see it. We never share sensitive information with third parties without permission.
How does pricing work?
You pay per funeral. Each funeral counts once, from first contact to completion, however long it takes. That way services of every size only pay for what they use.
How do community announcements work?
The software connects to the Janazah Alerts app. When you publish janazah prayer details, people who follow alerts in that area are notified with the time and place.
What support is available?
Everyone gets email support. Enterprise customers get priority support with faster replies, plus phone support during business hours.
